The COMPACTA bagging series represent the state of the art FFS machine with the capacity up to 2800 bags/hour

The COMPACTA machines is designed for filling bulk and pasty products into tubular film using FFS technology at medium and high speeds.
The equipment is designed to operate reliably and cost-effectively with the simple maintenance typical of machines with a pendulum bag transfer system.
The machines can be equipped with various systems for feeding and weighing the product. This allows many different materials to be bagged, such as: sand, gravel, salt, fertilizer, animal feed, seeds, grains, plastic pellets, wood pellets, etc.
Every node of the machine is manufactured with the necessary care to ensure consistent performance.
A wide range of additional options allows you to process any specific product, meeting all the needs of the client
Forming, filling and sealing of the bag are made sequentially at three different stations operating simultaneously.
The bag is formed from tubular film, resulting in lower packaging costs.
The client has the opportunity to pre-select the parameters of the film suitable for the product, the shape and size of the bag.
Forming the bag: the length of the bag is pre-set using the control panel, which allows you to save the parameters used. Alternatively, a photocell can be used to read the marks on the film, which detects the length of the bag and at the same time centers the pre-applied print.
The feed hopper is equipped with a sealed valve that fits perfectly to the opening of the bag to avoid spillage of the product.
The node of film energy pulse bonding film can be equipped with a system for removing air from the seam zone to improve the quality of welding.
The movement of the bag between the filling and welding units is ensured by two pairs of swinging pendulum arms with grips typical of BL machines.
All bags` movements are carried out smoothly, which guarantees the safety of the product and low deformation of the bag.
